Lodge & Sons (Builders) Ltd encourage a thorough training programme for all employees ensuring they undertake both a recognised qualification and a number of years in the workplace with a number of our employees holding CSCS cards in their specialist field.
We are a member of the CITB and always look to employ apprentices and develop their skills and knowledge in traditional methods.
